Rules
- Follow the regulations set by the Indian Athletic Federation. Participants can only compete in one age category.
- If there are fewer than 5 participants in a category, that group will be combined with another age group.

Helmet
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
- No helmet, no ride. No Earphones
- Do not use earphones to avoid distractions.
- Always ride in the same direction as traffic.
- Follow all traffic riding rules and laws. Avoid weaving on the road to prevent accidents.
- Perform a quick test to ensure your brakes are in working condition
- check your bicycle's readiness before the ride
